Job summary

Direct Travel/ATPI is seeking a Program Manager to lead client relationships, guide internal teams, and ensure successful program delivery across events and meetings. You will manage planning, budgeting, supplier negotiations, on-site execution, and post-program reviews, while mentoring junior PMs and collaborating with Travel Services, Creative Services, and Finance to maximize client value.

This role offers hybrid work options with occasional travel and the chance to drive strategic program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Event Planning or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years in Hospitality or group/individual performance industry, with at least 3 years of meeting planning experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive/Zoom.
• CMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Functions as the main client contact and develops strong client relationships.
• Leads client by providing workable, creative solutions using i|xperience methodology.
• Determines goals, needs, and expectations of the program with the client.
• Oversees strategic meetings, events, and supplier contracts to meet program objectives.
• Manages post-program correspondence, debriefs, and continuous improvement.
