Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Corporate Event Planner to design, manage, and execute high-impact events for clients across industries. You will work entirely from a remote location, leveraging both virtual and hybrid technologies to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will lead end-to-end planning, collaborate with clients on objectives and budgets, manage vendor relationships, and oversee timelines, staffing, and post-event analysis to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate event planning.
• Proficiency with event management software and virtual platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events (virtual, hybrid, in-person).
• Define objectives, themes, budgets, and logistical requirements with clients.
