Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site with event facilities, decorators and catering for each conference.
• Share event details with exhibitors via phone and email.
• Assist the General Manager with relationship-building with local non-profit associations to boost attendance.
• Perform other duties as needed and travel to events across the Western US.
