Responsibilities

• Manage vendor payments and onboarding in Ramp.
• Maintain event budgets and track variances.
• Surface emerging risks before they escalate.
• Coordinate timelines with vendors and follow up on deliverables.
• Triage tasks in Asana and maintain event timelines.
