Job summary

DataSpring is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support its full event portfolio, including executive meetings, advisory groups, and symposiums. The role focuses on DataSpring-owned events and requires coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, on-brand execution.

This remote, full-time position reports to the Event Marketing Manager and involves pre-event, at-event, and post-event workstreams, from calendars and run-of-show documents to registration,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Experience supporting virtual and/or in-person events.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the annual event calendar across sponsored and owned events.
• Coordinate timelines, agendas, run-of-show documents, attendee lists, and planning materials.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including registration, platforms, venue coordination, catering, shipping, signage, and on-site readiness.
• Collaborate with Brand & Web, Product Marketing, Communications, Growth Marketing, Sales, and executives to support planning and execution.
• Assist with post-event reporting by compiling data, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.
