DataSpring is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support its owned and sponsored events, focusing on executive meetings, advisory groups, and symposiums. The role spans pre-, at-, and post-event workstreams with a strong emphasis on timelines, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.

You will work remotely for DataSpring, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure on-brand delivery, seamless execution, and effective follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination or related operational roles.
• Experience with virtual and in-person events, meetings, or webinars.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate event timelines, trackers, and run-of-show documents.
• Manage attendee lists, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
• Support planning for DataSpring-owned and sponsored events.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, and sales to ensure branded delivery.
