Job summary

DataSpring is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support both sponsored and DataSpring-owned events, focusing on executive meetings, advisory groups, and symposiums. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

As a full-time, remote, non-exempt position reporting to the Event Marketing Manager, you will manage timelines, registrations, communications, and post-event activities,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Healthcare, technology, association, or B2B marketing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the annual event calendar across sponsored and owned events.
• Manage event timelines, trackers, agendas, run-of-show, attendee lists, and planning materials.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, including registration, venues, catering, shipping, badges.
• Support vendor coordination and post-event reporting.
• Assist with attendee communications and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain event templates, checklists, and resources.
