Job summary

CareOregon is seeking an Evaluation Analyst II to support an expanding evaluation portfolio. You will grow evaluation skills, build logic models, design data collection and conduct analyses to inform program decisions.

The role emphasizes equitable evaluation practices and collaboration across departments. With mentorship, you will synthesize findings into accessible reports and contribute to ongoing program development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in evaluation science, analytics, research, policy, population health or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree as specified or higher with required experience.
• Master’s degree with required experience in evaluation/analytics.
• Experience with data collection design and program evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to ongoing program monitoring and provide recommendations based on analysis.
• Support development of logic models and evaluation plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet evaluation needs.
• Prepare clear evaluation reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Design data collection tools and select appropriate methods.
• Provide training and guidance to internal staff on evaluation processes.
