Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst Lead to drive data analysis, dashboards, and reporting across a defined geographic area, coordinating care teams and regional stakeholders.

This remote role supports Portland, Oregon operations with strong data visualization and regulatory deliverables. The ideal candidate will lead projects, mentor analysts, and apply quality improvement methods to improve outcomes in a payer/healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in quality improvement, population health or a related field, including minimum 4 years data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in social science, science, or math with minimum 5 years’ experience in quality improvement, population health or a related field, including minimum 3 years data analytics.
• Master’s degree in data analytics (e.g., health informatics, biostatistics, business, data analytics, etc.), public health, or health administration with minimum 3 years data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and dashboards to monitor performance and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate QI tasks and reporting across regions and teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on data insights.
• Mentor and guide analysts in Tableau, SQL, and analytics methods.
