Job summary

Ever is seeking an Inventory and Merchandising Manager to own the digital inventory workflow for used EVs. This remote role collaborates with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations across locations to ensure accurate listings and timely publication.

You will review vehicle data and photos, coordinate corrections, and maintain consistent listing standards on Ever’s site and third-party marketplaces. 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or merchandising is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in used-vehicle inventory or digital merchandising.
• Experience with EV make, trims, range, battery details for buyers.
• Familiarity with dealer inventory or merchandising platforms like vAuto.
• Ability to reconcile VINs using spreadsheets and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate listing workflow from arrival through photography, QC, and publication; track blockers and fixes.
• Review photos for angles, clarity, and consistency with VIN; request retakes.
• Create and audit listings by VIN; verify trim, features, mileage, and EV details.
• Keep inventory status and location accurate in systems; manage transfers and relistings.
• Monitor listings on Ever and third-party marketplaces; fix missing photos and errors.
• Identify data issues causing delays; escalate pricing, recon, title decisions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and report on listing timeliness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multi-location teams to improve handoffs and inventory projects.
