Rivian in Tysons Corner (VA) is seeking a Part-time Product Guide III to welcome customers, educate them, and deliver an engaging brand experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.

You will meet KPIs, demonstrate product expertise, and leverage POS/CRM tools to generate leads and support events and demonstrations; a passion for hospitality and premium presentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, educate customers and exceed expectations.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, orders influenced, NPS/survey results.
• Engage with Rivian customers for tailored experiences including demos and deliveries.
• Support brand initiatives: demand/lead generation, product deep-dives, gear demos, trips, food/bev, events.
• Maintain up-to-date brand and product knowledge through training.
• Utilize POS and CRM to generate leads and enhance customer experience.
• Execute daily operations: event support, BOH upkeep, space upkeep, displays.
• Uphold premium retail, hospitality, and vehicle presentation standards.
• Take on additional projects as requested by leadership.
