Job summary

TRG TECH RESEARCH GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Sales Manager to drive government business across Germany and the wider DACH region, with emphasis on public-sector markets. You will own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including RFPs and procurement processes, leveraging an active network in law enforcement, defense, and ministries.

You will travel frequently across the DACH and Nordics, manage partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams on regulatory, data protection, and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2G sales experience.
• Strong direct sales experience within DACH and/or Nordic government markets.
• Active network within law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions, ministries, or government bodies in DACH/Nordics.
• Knowledge of public-sector procurement, tender procedures, framework agreements, budget cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage TRG’s B2G sales pipeline across DACH and Nordic markets through qualification to contract signature.
• Activate and develop relationships within government agencies and security institutions.
• Identify and close new business opportunities for TRG’s solutions.
• Navigate public-sector procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs, tenders, framework agreements, budget cycles.
