PingWind is seeking an ETL Developer to join our team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. This fully remote role focuses on data integrity, ETL design, and enterprise analytics across multiple sources and a data warehouse.

The ideal candidate brings 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years with a degree, plus strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI, SSIS, and SQL Server, and excellent communication within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline.
5 years relevant experience; degree may be substituted for 8 years experience.
Proficient with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerApps, and Power BI.
Proficient with Microsoft SSIS ETL Tools.
Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

Serve as the ETL Developer supporting sustainment services for VA, migration of large-scale systems to the cloud, and delivery of advanced analytics including AI capabilities.
Design robust ETL processes for data integration into applications or the data warehouse.
Coordinate across workstreams to ensure Scrum teams are properly staffed with resources; peer review code.
Perform data integrity checks throughout ETL, run daily SQL validation scripts, and ensure reports have traceability of underlying data.
Develop and validate ETL workflows and store packages in GitHub; monitor performance and availability of ETL processes.
