Qualifications

• No degree required
• 3 years of experience
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and data-management skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project expenses
• Review project plans, specs, drawings, and bid documents to identify requirements
• Perform quantity takeoffs from blueprints and construction documents
• Solicit pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Maintain databases of material, labor, and equipment costs
• Support preparation and submission of competitive bids and proposals
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders on scope and costs
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walkthroughs as needed
