Trust & Will, the leading digital estate planning platform, seeks a detail‑oriented customer support specialist to be the first point of contact for members. You will resolve inquiries via live chat, email and phone and become a subject‑matter expert on our product and estate planning.

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support or service role (chat, email, phone).
• Clear, thorough writing and communication in English.
• Proficiency with customer experience tools (Zendesk, live chat, email).
• Passion for helping customers and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email, and phone.
• Be a subject matter expert on estate planning and the Trust & Will product.
• Communicate clearly to answer questions about products, services and estate planning.
• Resolve customer issues and manage complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Work Pacific Time Zone hours (7–5 PST, Mon–Fri).
