Estate & Elder Law Solutions is seeking a fully remote Estate Planning Paralegal to support attorneys with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents. The role requires organizing client files, conducting research, and ensuring deadlines are met, all within U.S.

Eastern Time business hours. We require at least 2 years of paralegal experience, strong drafting skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Experience drafting estate planning documents.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient with legal research and document management.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, living wills, and related documents.
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters.
• Prepare legal forms, correspondence, and supporting documents.
• Organize and maintain electronic client files.
• Review legal documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct legal research using online platforms.
• Gather and organize financial and client information for estate planning.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with attorneys regarding revisions and document updates.
• Assist with document execution and client follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Support attorneys with additional legal and administrative projects.
