Jobot is seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to support attorneys in preparing and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estate planning experience, a bachelor’s degree in law or paralegal studies (paralegal certification is desirable), and proficiency with estate planning software and legal research tools. Strong drafting, organization, and client communication are essential.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal or similar role.
• (Bachelor's) degree in law or paralegal studies; paralegal certification desirable.
• Proficiency in estate planning software and legal research tools.
• Extensive knowledge of estate planning, probate laws and trust administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, attorneys and stakeholders.
