Job summary

SMB Team is seeking a skilled Case Manager for a 100% remote Trusts & Estates law firm. You will manage estate planning files, coordinate drafting, and maintain direct client communication with attorneys in a Pacific Time workday environment.

The role requires 3+ years of estate planning paralegal experience, a paralegal certificate or equivalent, and exceptional writing and organizational skills. Competitive base salary and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning paralegal work.
• Paralegal Certificate or higher is preferred.
• Experience drafting or editing estate planning documents is a plus; writing skills essential.
• Availability full-time on Pacific Time (PST).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central administrative hub and primary point of contact for clients through the estate planning process.
• Coordinate file progress from intake to final draft delivery and triage client communications.
• Draft and edit estate planning documents under attorney supervision; update beneficiary/distribution info.
• Maintain high-volume, accurate client management in a remote setting.
