Qualifications

Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
7+ years of relevant estate planning experience.
Deep estate planning expertise for HNW/UHNW clients, including trusts and wills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct engagement meetings with clients to craft estate planning strategies.
Review and draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and directives for HNW/UHNW clients.
Manage estate planning engagements from consultation to drafting and execution.
Collaborate with wealth managers and advisors as subject matter expert on estate planning.
Monitor regulatory developments and update planning templates accordingly.
