Job summary

Hargrove Firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our national, technology-enabled practice. You will guide clients through comprehensive estate plans, lead virtual meetings with clients and financial advisors, and ensure coordination with our network of professionals across all 50 states.

You will advise on complex estate and gift tax planning, asset titling, and trust funding, with a focus on high-quality service and collaboration in a modern legal platform.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estate & trust planning.
• At least 3 years of advanced estate planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual or in-person estate planning consultations with clients and advisors.
• Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related planning documents.
• Lead client and advisor meetings with professionalism and clarity.
• Stay current on federal/state estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws.
• Advise clients on asset titling, beneficiary designations, and trust funding.
