Jobot, a long-established Southern California law firm, seeks an experienced estate planning attorney to advise high net worth clients on advanced estate, gift, and tax planning. Base range is $150k–$225k DOE plus bonuses; fully remote work is available to CA residents.

You will draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and handle trust and probate matters, GRATS, QTIPs, and marital trusts, coordinating with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning.

Qualifications

• California Bar Admission – CA-based required.
• Recent estate planning experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
• Handle trust and probate administration matters
• Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
• Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses
• Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters
