Job summary

TCI Technology Consulting Inc. is urgently seeking a Remote Microsoft SharePoint Services Developer for a long-term contract with possible extensions and potential hire.

The role requires US citizenship and involves migrating from SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online using Sharegate, and re-creating Nintex workflows with Power Automate. You will design customized SharePoint pages and lists with Power Apps and Forms, leveraging Dataverse, and ensure adherence to client security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint development (on-prem and Online).
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Forms, Dataverse.
• Experience recreating Nintex workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint migration projects to SharePoint Online and tools like Sharegate.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.
• Adherence to security policies and governance during development and migration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customized SharePoint pages, lists, and libraries using Power Apps and Forms.
• Re-create and optimize Nintex workflows using Power Automate.
• Assist in migrating SharePoint on-premises to SharePoint Online using Sharegate.
• Utilize Power Platform tools to build scalable, user-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with Client PMs and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SharePoint solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint configurations, workflows, and Power Platform integrations.
• Provide documentation and user training for implemented solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance policies during development and migrations.
