LoanCare is seeking an Escrow Supervisor to join our remote team. You will supervise staff, manage escrow operations, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards while collaborating with mortgage clients and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong communication, and deep escrow knowledge to support homeowners and partners nationwide. This remote role offers flexibility with remote work options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2-4 years of supervisory experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of escrow functions relating to the mortgage servicing industry.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, counsel and develop assigned staff.
Handle administrative HR functions (scheduling, time off reports, performance reviews, disciplinary actions).
Implement and monitor key controls; manage operational risks.
Review departmental workflows and implement new processes and strategies.
Prepare escrow department reports, forms, emails, logs, and budgets.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve loan issues.
Review loan data to validate tax, hazard, and escrowed items.
Process requests from mortgage holder, clients, or departments.
Perform second-review quality checks on work completed.
Update training, procedures, and job aids.
