Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking a Client Experience Supervisor to lead a remote team of Client Experience Specialists, ensuring a seamless transaction experience from contract to close.

You will set schedules, manage performance, and collaborate with leadership to optimize service delivery across the center. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of business experience with supervisory exposure, preferably in real estate or customer service, and a strong ability to work remotely with excellent

Qualifications

• 3-5 years business experience; 1-2 years previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior Real Estate and customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, high-volume paperless environment while ensuring quality work from team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A people-first approach with the agent and consumer at the center of the transaction.
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems with competency.
• Demonstrable history of collaboration across departments and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and lead a remote team of Client Experience Specialists.
• Manage capacity, workflow, and performance; conduct annual reviews as needed.
• Coordinate team meetings and schedules; approve timecards and vacations.
• Act as liaison to branch leadership and promote service adoption.
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive experiences.
• Seek improvements by evaluating procedures and sharing feedback with center teams.
