Job summary

Planet Home is seeking an Escrow Team Lead in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to manage escalated escrow tasks, ensure compliance with state and investor guidelines, and train escrow specialists. You will oversee audits, reporting, and process improvements while coordinating with management on performance reviews.

The role requires a minimum of three years of loan servicing experience with senior-level capabilities, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years loan servicing experience.
• Senior experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Track and complete escalated escrow tasks promptly.
• Monitor escrow processes for compliance with guidelines.
• Prepare management reports and audits of transfers and open items.
• Streamline department processes to meet objectives.
• Train escrow specialists, including new hires and retraining.
• Provide feedback on employee performance and skills.
• Review vendor performance for compliance.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
