Job summary

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking an Escrow Processing Supervisor to oversee the escrow processing team supporting our nationwide title settlement operations. This 100% remote role reports to the National Escrow Processing Manager and requires strong leadership, workflow management, and customer-focused oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
• Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment, and decision making.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and the ability to learn new technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow tasks; delegate and assign tasks to employees.
• Make decisions based on established processes and procedures.
• Partner with Vendor Coordinator on vendor issues or questions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients.
• Provide localized supervision of regional processing team.
• Key point of contact for local business leaders for issue escalations and providing updates on workflow processes, policy changes, etc.
• Supervise processing team on day-to-day production, provide training and partner with National Escrow Processing Manager on recruitment, development and performance management of team members.
