Job summary

Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking an Escrow Processing Supervisor to oversee the local title settlement process across multiple states. This 100% remote role reports to the National Escrow Processing Manager and requires strong leadership to drive production and quality.

You will lead daily workflows, mentor staff, coordinate with vendors, and act as liaison for regional leaders while ensuring service levels and compliance with closing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in closing/title/real estate industries.
• 2+ years supervisory/people management experience.
• Strong interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
• Strong analytical and judgment abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products; ability to learn new apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work core hours with potential extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow tasks; delegate and assign tasks to employees.
• Make decisions based on established processes and procedures.
• Partner with Vendor Coordinator on vendor issues or questions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients.
• Provide localized supervision of regional processing team.
• Serve as key contact for local business leaders on escalations and updates.
• Supervise day-to-day production; provide training and support recruitment and performance management.
