Job summary

Compass Integrated Services is seeking an Escrow Processing Supervisor to lead and oversee the escrow processing team supporting local title settlement operations in Colorado, Utah, and Missouri. This 100% remote role reports to the National Escrow Processing Manager and emphasizes workflow leadership and performance management.

The ideal candidate has a background in closing/title/real estate and at least two years of supervisory experience, with strong analytical, communication, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
• Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment, and decision making.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and the ability to learn new technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work during core business hours and have the flexibility to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow tasks; delegate and assign tasks to employees.
• Make decisions based on established processes and procedures.
• Partner with Vendor Coordinator on any vendor issues or questions.
• Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients.
• Provide localized supervision of regional processing team.
• Key point of contact for local business leaders for issue escalations and providing updates on workflow processes, policy changes, etc.
• Supervise processing team on day-to-day production, provide training and partner with National Escrow Processing Manager on recruitment, development and performance management of team members.
