Job summary

Compass Integrated Services is seeking an Escrow Processing Supervisor to oversee our remote escrow processing team supporting Missouri, Colorado, and Utah operations. The role reports to the National Escrow Processing Manager.

You will lead daily workflows, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining strong client and vendor communications. Ideal candidate has experience in closing/title/real estate, supervisory experience, and excellent

• Strong ability to analyze, practice good judgment, and decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow tasks; delegate and assign tasks to employees
• Make decisions based on established processes and procedures
• Partner with Vendor Coordinator on any vendor issues or questions
• Address inquiries and complaints from local operations and clients
• Provide localized supervision of regional processing team
• Key point of contact for local business leaders for issue escalations and providing updates on workflow processes, policy changes, etc.
• Supervise processing team on day-to-day production, provide training and partner with National Escrow Processing Manager on recruitment, development and performance management of team members.
