Responsibilities

• Consults with and advises Escrow Officers on transactions and how to address unusual circumstances and which documents to use.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
• Uses information from communications with escrow staff to report gaps and develop guidance or training.
• Coordinates training with training staff and audits training for improvements.
• Audits escrow files or manages an escrow audit program for state(s).
• Works on special projects such as regulatory inquiries and closing offices, and reviews statistical reports.
