Job summary

First American is seeking an Escrow Advisor to join the Homebuilder Services team. This remote role in the United States supports escrow operations by setting governance, training, and auditing guidelines to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.

You will consult with Escrow Officers, monitor trends, coordinate training, audit files and administer an escrow audit program across states. A High school diploma is required; 5–7 years in escrow is typical; Some college is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consults with Escrow Officers on transactions and how to address unusual circumstances.
• Stays up to date on laws, market trends, and escrow issues to guide officers.
• Audits training and escrow files; administers an escrow audit program across states.
• Coordinates training with training staff and reports gaps to advisory groups.
