Job summary

Wyld is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator in Oregon to maintain ERP systems, upgrade software, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues to support daily operations. You will liaise with process owners and external IT resources, and may train staff on the ERP toolset.

You will also work on projects to improve security and efficiency, and travel between Wyld sites as needed to implement solutions and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sage Intacct is required.
• Minimum 3 years ERP systems experience.
• Ability to translate processes into dashboards and reports.
• Experience implementing workflows and policies.
• Relational databases and data integration knowledge.
• Travel between sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist users in all aspects of ERP system use.
• Develop, recommend, and implement strategies aligning with objectives.
• Provide functional and technical ERP support and monitor daily security and usability issues.
• Manage configuration and operation of a web-based ERP platform; support ERP and software issues.
