Onvida Health seeks an ERP Analyst responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s ERP systems to ensure seamless operations across departments. You will configure modules, customize features, and coordinate upgrades while working with Finance, HR, and IT teams to align business processes with technology.

The role emphasizes training end users, maintaining data integrity, and providing reporting to support decision making in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred in IS, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics or similar).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP integration; SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ERP system functions, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Configure ERP modules to align with business requirements; coordinate with IT and vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Inventory, and other departments to optimize processes.
• Provide user training, documentation, and change management as systems evolve.
• Coordinate ERP upgrades and testing to minimize operational downtime.
• Develop and run reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Manage small ERP projects with timelines and progress tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
