Job summary

Doyon Government Group (DGG) is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage the Trimble Vista ERP system and related business apps. You will support Accounting, Finance, Payroll, PM, and Operations by maintaining system functionality, access, workflows, and data integrity.

The role requires ERP administration experience, collaboration with vendors (Trimble, CloudByte), and involvement in cybersecurity initiatives, backups, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5 years of progressive ERP or enterprise applications experience.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, user provisioning, and security roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Trimble Vista ERP system, including user access and security roles.
• Provide functional and technical support for Vista and related applications for PM, Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and Operations.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues in job costing, payroll, billing, reporting, and project setup.
• Coordinate with business users and IT Manager to implement approved system changes.
• Maintain ERP integrations with payroll, timekeeping, accounting, reporting, and other apps.
• Develop ERP reports, dashboards, and data exports for user needs.
