Job summary

Doyon Government Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage the Trimble Vista ERP and related business applications, supporting Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Project Management and Operations with data integrity and reporting.

The role collaborates with vendors and the IT Manager on cybersecurity, backups, deployments, and enterprise IT initiatives, maintaining ERP documentation and user access controls in a hybrid remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 3–5 years supporting ERP or enterprise applications (Vista).
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and security roles.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Trimble Vista ERP system and G/L, payroll, and reporting workflows.
• Provide technical support for Vista and related business apps across departments.
• Coordinate ERP integrations, upgrades, and data integrity with vendors.
• Develop ERP reports, dashboards, and data exports for users.
