Job summary

Lumen seeks a Senior IT ERP Solution & Portfolio Manager to lead the SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and related platforms portfolio. You’ll own intake, roadmaps and value realization across Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and Supply Chain domains.

This senior contributor role emphasizes delivering impact with governance, reporting to the VP, IT Billing & ERP, with no direct reports. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years in portfolio, solution, or program management for enterprise ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ERP value chain: requisition to purchase order to receipt to GL.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and OpenText VIM.
• Experience with intake and impact assessments, including business case and dependencies.
• Experience across IT delivery disciplines: development, data, reporting, testing, security, and cutover.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic view of the ERP portfolio, including priorities, costs, risks and cross-functional impacts.
• Manage demand intake and validate requirements, value, and funding.
• Assess impacts of major changes to support informed decisions.
• Oversee change request management and release sequencing.
• Lead portfolio planning and translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Maintain end-to-end ERP visibility across SAP and related platforms.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to evaluate and select scalable solutions.
• Support data governance and master data quality.
• Identify risks, capacity constraints, and escalate issues.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on portfolio performance.
• Mentor analysts and delivery team members.
