Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Architect - SAP BRIM to lead the architecture, design, and modernization of our customer financial platforms supporting billing, invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable operations. This hands-on architect role focuses on CI, FI-CA, CM and SOM, in a remote US setting.

You will partner with business and technology teams, drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and govern integrations with SAP S/4HANA FICO, Salesforce, payment gateways, and data platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise application, solution architecture, or SAP experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM experience with deep expertise in: Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA, Convergent Mediation (CM).
• Strong understanding of: Billing and invoicing, Accounts receivable, Payments and collections, Cash application, Cash accounting, SAP FICO integration.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with external platforms, payment processors, banks, CRM systems, and customer-facing applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and convert business requirements into practical solution designs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP BRIM with primary focus on CI, FI-CA, and CM.
• Provide architecture leadership for Billing and invoicing, Payments and cash application, and Collections.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA FICO, Salesforce and CRM platforms, payment gateways, banking systems, customer portals, and data platforms.
• Define API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), REST services, messaging platforms, and file-based interfaces.
• Mentor development teams and establish architecture standards and best practices.
