Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Manager Business Systems and Transformation - ERP Procurement to drive SAP-based procurement and finance process improvements. You will partner with business leaders and technical teams to prioritize enhancements and deliver practical solutions that boost operational effectiveness.
Remote role for US-based candidates, with visa sponsorship not available. You will influence sourcing, materials management, and ERP configurations while maintaining strong stakeholder
Qualifications
- 8 years in SAP Materials Management and finance processes.
- Working knowledge of both functional and technical SAP aspects.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with remote partners and customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for adjustments and enhancements to existing SAP environments.
- Communicate proposed solutions and issues to relevant teams for collaboration.
- Coordinate with Business Unit leaders to prioritize work based on resource availability and business value.
- Provide frequent updates to management on activities, business needs, and resource requirements.
- Ensure strong technical proficiency aligned with procurement processes.
