Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Architect - SAP BRIM to lead architecture and modernization of our billing platforms. You will drive design for CI, FI-CA, and CM, and partner with business and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on architectural leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and guiding large-scale transformation across enterprise systems in a fully remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application or SAP experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM experience with CI, FI-CA, CM.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with external platforms, payment processors, banks, CRM systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and convert business requirements into practical solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP BRIM focused on Convergent Invoicing (CI), FI-CA, and CM.
• Provide architecture leadership for Billing, Invoicing, Payments, and Collections.
• Design integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA FICO, Salesforce/CRM, payment gateways, and banking systems.
• Define API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns (CPI, REST, messaging).
• Mentor development teams and establish architecture standards and best practices.
