Job summary
Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Architect - SAP BRIM to steer architecture and modernization of our billing platforms, including CI, FI-CA, and CM. You’ll partner with business and tech teams to deliver scalable solutions and lead integration with S/4HANA FICO, CRM, and payment systems.
Remote position within the United States requires deep SAP BRIM expertise and a track record of enterprise-grade transformations in telecom or similar industries. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise application or SAP experience.
- 5+ years of SAP BRIM with CI, FI-CA and CM expertise.
- Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, AR/AP and cash applications.
- Experience integrating SAP with external platforms and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design for SAP BRIM with CI and CM.
- Define integrations with SAP S/4HANA FICO, CRM, and payment systems.
- Mentor teams and drive architecture standards and best practices.
- Guide vendor evaluations, POCs, and RFP responses.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
