Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions. The role focuses on Sage Intacct and related ERP integrations, ensuring high customer adoption and satisfaction.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, and support deployment, while staying current with Sage Intacct features. Strong communication, leadership and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions; speak the language of technology.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, project managers and customers to translate requirements into software solutions.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, test, and support transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and new features.
• Define and roll out specially developed Sage Intacct integrations per client needs.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and map system functionality to business needs.
