Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate complex business requirements into Sage Intacct-based software solutions. You will collaborate with developers, project managers and clients to design, implement, and roll out ERP/financial applications that deliver high customer satisfaction and adoption.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting with Sage Intacct or ERP/financial applications.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) preferred.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and support software solutions aligning with customer business requirements.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and features.
• Define rollout of integrated Sage Intacct solutions based on customer processes.
• Develop project plans and manage on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
