Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to bridge business needs and software solutions. You will work with developers, project managers and clients to translate requirements into scalable Sage Intacct integration and ERP-like workflows, driving customer adoption and value.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, train users, and document specifications while collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems and translate requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have for translating business requirements into technical solutions; advanced proficiency with Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions for high customer satisfaction and adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate them into functional designs for the development team.
• Stay current with Sage Intacct core/advanced modules and product features.
• Define and roll out solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on business processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and support on-time delivery within budget.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions using BT best practices.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
