Job summary

GOLD SUN CHEMICALS LLC is seeking an experienced ERP & IT Systems Specialist to support and improve our business systems in a fully remote role. You will manage ERP, databases, and reporting, while driving process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with ERP systems, data accuracy, and collaboration with sales, operations, and finance to align IT with business needs. Remote-friendly environment, with growth opportunities as the business expands.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience with ERP or business systems.
Experience with database management, reporting, workflows, and system administration.
Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of how systems support daily operations and processes.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support ERP, database, workflows, and user access.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business data.
Improve ERP workflows and streamline business processes.
Maintain data accuracy and system organization.
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve problems as they arise.
Collaborate with sales, operations, accounting, and management to understand system needs.
Support ERP implementation, system upgrades, integrations, and improvements.
Provide general IT and system support as needed.
Document system processes, procedures, and changes.
