Job summary

GOLD SUN CHEMICALS LLC is seeking an ERP & IT Systems Specialist to support and improve our business systems in a fully remote US-based role. This hands-on position requires understanding both IT systems and business operations to make processes more organized, efficient, and reliable.

You will maintain ERP systems, develop reports and dashboards, optimize workflows, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating with sales, operations, accounting, and management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with ERP or business systems.
• Experience with database management, reporting, workflows, and system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
