Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the enterprise architecture for complex software implementations. You will shape scalable architecture, define integration strategies with ERP and third-party apps, and guide deployments across global customers.

In this highly consultative role, you’ll partner with product engineering and implementation teams to design reliable solutions, review design docs, and mentor engineers. Remote work enabled with worldwide collaboration.

Qualifications

Senior/lead level experience in enterprise software architecture or solution architecture.
Proven ability to consult with customers and guide architecture decisions.
Strong SQL Server and database design experience.
Experience defining integration strategies with ERP and third-party apps.

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture for enterprise planning implementations, ensuring scalability and performance.
Define integration strategies with ERP systems and third-party applications.
Create and review technical design documentation and integration blueprints.
Advise customers on architecture best practices and deployment strategies.
Provide technical leadership and mentor team members during implementations.
Collaborate with Product Engineering and customers to resolve technical challenges.
Support software installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
