Job summary

WD-40 Company is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to own architecture decisions shaping our global ERP backbone. This is not a maintenance role; you’ll be the highest-level technical authority on D365 F&O, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will define, optimize and govern the ERP architecture across a globally distributed team spanning the US, UK, India and beyond, guiding multi-country implementations and ISV integrations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of ERP architecture, design, development, and optimization.
• 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including full functional coverage and ISV integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with multi-country deployments and global ERP rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of WD-40’s ERP ecosystem across a multi-region environment.
• Bridge business vision and technical execution, aligning D365 capabilities with goals.
• Lead end-to-end architectural planning, including data flow and integrations (Salesforce, Atlas, SnapLogic).
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, process leads, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation, governance, and platform upgrades.
