Job summary

WD-40 Company is seeking a Solutions Architect focused on Dynamics 365 F&O to lead global ERP architecture across the US, UK, India and beyond. You will own architecture decisions, shape the digital backbone, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that power WD-40's expansion.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive ERP architecture, design, development, and optimization.
• 5+ years of hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance & Operations) across procurement, sales, finance and manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of multi-system data flows in global environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical strategy.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications; Enterprise Architecture certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of WD-40's ERP ecosystem with scalable, secure architecture across multi-region environments.
• Bridge business vision and technical execution by aligning D365 capabilities with goals.
• Lead end-to-end architectural planning, including data flows, integrations, and global templates vs country-specific needs.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, process leads, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural decisions.
• Guide integration of third-party ISVs ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation with code reviews, standards, and governance.
• Stay ahead of trends, evaluate platform upgrades, and manage security and compliance.
• Occasional on-site travel (~4 weeks/year) to support go-lives and regional collaboration.
