Job summary

High Companies in Lancaster, PA seeks a Sr. Functional Analyst (SAP FICO) to drive SAP S/4HANA projects, functional improvements, and day-to-day support for financial modules.

You’ll collaborate with strategic units to implement new functionality and automate processes for greater efficiency. The role requires a strong accounting/finance and IT background, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions, mentor teammates, and influence external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO; S/4HANA experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of integrations between SAP modules and experience in Projects/Manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, configure, test and implement SAP solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with SBU/SRU to translate business requirements into SAP processes and implementations.
• Recommend process improvements, integrations and automation to improve user efficiency.
• Follow IT change control and project management methodologies.
• Perform regular system and process reviews to ensure daily operations and resolve production issues.
• Research industry trends and advise IT/business leaders on applicable advancements.
• Develop IT trend understanding and provide thought leadership for business processes.
• Mentor and coach team members to raise overall knowledge.
• Oversee scheduling/work content of contractors for projects and improvements in financial systems.
• Collaborate with team members to support integrated processes and resolve issues.
