Job summary

OEConnection LLC is seeking an ERP Finance Systems Analyst for a remote role within the United States. You will bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology to optimize our ERP environment, primarily focusing on NAV and related Dynamics platforms.

You will analyze processes, gather requirements, configure ERP, and support upgrades, data migrations, and reporting. Strong finance knowledge and ERP hands-on experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business systems analysis or related role.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes incl. GL, AP, AR, purchasing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on ERP application support including requirements, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or data migrations is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience preferred; other Dynamics platforms also considered.

We’re looking for an ERP Finance Systems Analyst to serve as the connection point between Finance, Accounting, and Technology. This role will support and continuously improve our ERP environment by partnering with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and deliver system enhancements.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Finance and Accounting processes combined with hands‑on ERP business systems experience. Microsoft Dynamics NAV is preferred, but experience with other Microsoft Dynamics platforms, including Business Central, Dynamics GP, or Serenic Navigator, will also be considered.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Hands‑on experience supporting ERP applications, including requirements, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with Finance/Accounting users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or data migrations is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience preferred. Business Central, Dynamics GP, Serenic Navigator, or comparable ERP experience will also be considered.
• Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis is a plus.
